Nightly Rituals for Easy Mornings
After my daughter was born, life became a lot more hectic…and so did my home. I always felt behind in everything I was doing. So I set out to create habits in my life that would help ease the motherhood chaos, and sure enough, nightly rituals was exactly what I was desperately looking for.
Keep it simple!
1) Fill up your diffusers with water the night before. It makes it so much easier in the morning to just turn them on and let the family receive the aromatic benefits from the essential oils. If you have a staple morning blend, go ahead and add it to the diffuser. Otherwise, just add the oils that speak to you in the morning.
Here are a few blends to help get you going in the morning:
Peppermint + Wild Orange
Lime + Tangerine + Spearmint
Breathe + Bergamot + Wild Orange
Keep it in SIGHT!
Have your supplements and your kids supplements on the kitchen counter so that they are in sight. When you see your supplements, you are more inclined to take them right there and then! It seems simple, but life can be chaotic, especially in the morning when everyone is trying to get out the door for work, school, etc.
Hydrate!!
Keep your citrus oils next to your water bottle so that you can easily add a few drops to your water in the morning. Adding citrus oils to your water is a great way to easily help cleanse out your filtering organs.

Lemon, Tangerine, Wild Orange, Lime, Grapefruit, Green Mandarin
